Sweating helps your body eliminate toxins and impurities, promoting overall health.

Skin Revitalization:
Heat cleanses and purifies the skin, promoting a healthy glow and potentially improving conditions like acne.

Immune System Support:
Heat therapy may bolster your immune system, helping you fight off illness.

Faster Recovery:
Heat helps muscles recover more quickly after physical activity, reducing soreness.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

Cardiovascular Health:

TRADITIONAL VS INFRARED?
The above benefits can be achieved by either sauna type, but they differ in their heat source and delivery method.

Traditional Sauna:
Uses heated air and steam to warm the body, creating a high-humidity environment.
Infrared Sauna:
Uses infrared lamps to directly heat the body, with lower humidity and potentially deeper penetration of heat into muscles and joints.
